Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for as long as you like, with no card required. You can send as many documents as you need; the first 3 each month carry no watermark, and after that a small "Signed with Lucid Signing" footer is added.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is Pro or Max for your whole team. Pick the tier, choose how many seats you need (from 2 to 500) and pay that tier's price per seat. Larger teams can talk to us directly.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
What does annual billing save?
Annual billing is ten months for the price of twelve: two months free on both Pro and Max.
How do I pay?
By card, through a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card number. All prices are in South African rands.
Do the people I send documents to need to pay?
No. Signers never need an account or a plan. Only the sender does.
